“I gotta f*cking torture myself, I torture myself physically. I am always working out, I am always exhausted, I am always taking ice baths. Was in the sauna before I got here today.” Rogan said in his podcast.
He also talked about how having nothing to do makes him feel weird. The UFC commentator said, “If I have a day where I just lay around, I am like, this is weird.”
