The UFC commentator Joe Rogan is someone who invites a lot of controversy about his opinions. Rogan has recently shared a shocking statement. The 55-year-old revealed that he likes to get high around his daughters. Before opening up about it, Rogan was aware that his comment may result in a huge backlash from the public. However, like most of the time, the former Fear Factor host went forward with his claim.

Rogan has always promoted psychedelic experiences that, according to him, bring positive changes in humans. Contrary to the public, Rogan believes that psychedelic experiences can help a man learn more about the power of the human mind. However, what’s surprising is that Rogan now claims that being high helps him be a better father who can understand his children better.

Joe Rogan’s unconventional parenting

 In the #2002 episode of JRE, Rogan sat with Amanda Fielding. Fielding is an award-winning psychedelic researcher who has over 50 years of experience in the field. Both Rogan and Fielding talked about different psychedelic experiences. The UFC commentator and Fielding discussed how one should follow some discipline while getting high. That’s when Rogan cut in to mention a method he uses in parenting. The UFC commentator said, “With discipline, it allows you to experience the states and get something from them, pull something from them and apply it to normal consciousness. ”

The UFC commentator added, “People don’t like this, but I’m going to say it, anyway. I like to be high around my children because when I’m around my children I’m fascinated by them and things that may be frustrating perhaps if I was sober instead are charming. I find them interesting and I’m fascinated by their mindset, and talking to them.” The researcher approved Rogan’s method. According to her, it helps parents have a healthy relationship with their kids as they will be able to understand the mindset of the younger generation.

 The UFC commentator and his wife, Jessica, have three daughters. In 2008, Rogan’s first daughter, Lola, was born, and after two years, the Former Fear Factor host’s second daughter, Rosy, was born. Rogan also has an adopted daughter, Kayja Rose. Joe Rogan, who talks very little about his family, finally chose to disclose that he tries to stay a good father to his three daughters.
