Alex Pereira is all set to face Jiri Prochazka in his upcoming title fight. The former middleweight champion has jumped divisions following the footsteps of his mentor and friend Glover Teixeira and what is even more intriguing is that he will be facing Prochazka who took Teixeira’s title last year.

The former dual weight champion, Daniel Cormier, and Alex Pereira had a conversation on the pretext of UFC 295. During the conversation, Cormier stated that he wanted to test Pereira’s kicking prowess. Cormier challenged ‘Poatan’ to kick him in the calves, starting slowly but increasing the power as time goes by.

One of Cormier’s poorest decisions during the interview, it was evident how even a minor strike from Pereira caused him considerable pain.
