In addition to being one of the most successful podcast hosts today, Joe Rogan is also an ardent advocate of physical and mental health. The 55-year-old often shares his workout updates via social media, encouraging his followers to get after it. Although he has this altruistic behavior, the millionaire host of The Joe Rogan Experience recently admitted he is not free from certain “douchebag tendencies” either. However, Rogan has devised a way to keep them in check.
In episode #1950 of The Joe Rogan Experience, the long-time UFC commentator hosted NFL veteran and Super Bowl 50 champion Derek Wolfe. The pair talked for over three hours on a variety of topics. During one of those discussions, Wolfe mentioned how he took medicines that helped him sleep better. The 33-year-old talked about how he got deeper REM sleep from the pills.
