After being found guilty of sexual harassment in his civil trial, Conor McGregor finds himself in a tricky situation. Despite the court case coming to an end, the battle did not end there. Now, ‘The Notorious’ is attempting to resolve another derived situation: his relationship with his partner Dee Devlin. McGregor spoke again about the scenario that led to his court appearance in a fresh statement posted on his Twitter account (now X).
He wrote, “People want to hear from me; I needed time. I know I made mistakes… I should never have stepped out on the woman I love the most in the world. That’s all on me.” This sad situation truly left many fans disappointed in the UFC double champion for his actions. However, despite their differences, UFC fighter Rafael Dos Anjos wishes that McGregor would be able to turn things around. As he wrote on social media, “I have my differences with this guy but I hope he get’s his life on track and starts make better choices.”
Further in the confession, McGregor made clear reference to the alleged incident for which he was sued, a case that was resolved for more than $250,000, but he reiterated his determination to appeal in order to prove that he did not commit a crime. McGregor added, “I have instructed my legal team to appeal the decision. I can’t go back, and I will move forward.”

Finally, he expressed his gratitude to his family and friends, who have remained by his side during the process. Now, he wishes to move forward in his life and make his much-awaited return to the Octagon: “I am beyond grateful to my family, friends, and supporters all over the world who have stayed by my side. That’s it. No more. Getting back to the gym- the fight game awaits!” However, it seems like there’s no end to McGregor’s troubles since another lawsuit awaits the UFC fighter.
Artem Lobov to file another lawsuit against Conor McGregor
Despite being friends for ages, things soured between Conor McGregor and Artem Lobov in 2022. The Russian claimed that he was the one who came up with the idea of Proper Whiskey No.12, and while McGregor made it happen and earned a profit of $600 million through its sale, Lobov did not get his fair share of monetary profits. Despite being offered $1 million in the past, Lobov now seeks 5% of the sales profit and is suing ‘The Notorious’ for $8 million.

It is worth noting that it was because of McGregor that Artem found his way to the UFC, and the Irishman also acted as the trainer to the Russian fighter. Also, during the feud between Khabib Nurmagomedov and McGregor, the Irishman threw a dolly at the Dagestani’s bus after the Eagle got into a confrontation with Lobov in a hotel. From being such close friends to bitter rivals on the court, things have actually turned for the worse in McGregor’s personal life.
Now, his fans and well-wishers would truly want the Irishman to turn his life around and focus on his MMA career instead. But for now, the former double champion is stuck in this heartbreaking situation, proving Joe Rogan right about McGregor’s self-destructing. What do you think?
