Khabib Nurmagomedov recently took to Twitter to show his respect towards the UFC President Dana White. Shortly after the completion of the UFC 257 pay-per-view, the undefeated Russian posted a message thanking White on Twitter. Nurmagomedov’s former opponents Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor were part of the main event of UFC 257. Poirier knocked out McGregor to even the score with the Irishman.

There have been speculations about Nurmagomedov’s fighting future. The undefeated Dagestani announced retirement at UFC 254 after successfully defending his throne.

A rematch between ‘The Eagle’ and Conor McGregor was on the cards. But after McGregor’s defeat, that looks like a distant possibility.
