Or even so outside the cage with his antics and charms. ‘The Notorious’ always presents himself as an MMA icon for the fans. The Irish superstar has created a brand image of himself during his time in the UFC. His self-confidence and pre-match predictions gave him his name, ‘Mystic Mac’.

The Irishman has no shortage of publicity and reporters often ask him about the changes in his looks. McGregor recently had the perfect response to such queries.

Is Conor McGregor returning to his famous beard?

‘The Notorious’ has given away a hint by teasing his fans in a recent Facebook post. McGregor reacted to a post by Irish Mirror Sport, which stated that McGregor earned $1 million every 9 seconds in UFC 264 clash with Dustin Poirier. This makes McGregor not only one of the richest athletes in MMA but also all sports.

McGregor responded to this post rather differently by commenting on his looks. The fans witnessed the Irishman being amused by his past self. McGregor reposted the article stating, “Ah the beards not bad on me I going back.” McGregor dropped a hint that he would return with his past ‘bearded’ self.

McGregor changing his looks

One of the things that the ‘Mystic Mac’ likes to do is to amuse himself. McGregor can be seen altering his looks for various events, such as dressing up for Halloween with his family. On Halloween 2022, the McGregor family dressed up as police officers and the UFC star came out with a full-shaven face.

McGregor went viral on the internet because his look left the fans confused about the UFC superstar’s appearance. Similarly, McGregor also pulled off a slick look at UFC 246 when he faced Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone. McGregor famously came out of the match without even messing up his hairstyle.

‘The Notorious’ faced Dustin Poirier during their second fight with a bald look, albeit keeping the beard. These looks are only some of the iconic looks that the Irishman has pulled off inside the Octagon.
