Joe Rogan is a fitness enthusiast. Even after crossing 50, the UFC color commentator is relatively fit, and it corresponds to his insane workout regime and diet. The ever sought-out Rogan often tries to experiment with his diet. Once a year, Rogan relies on the carnivorous diet for around a month.

Recently, The Liver King joined the infamous IMPAULSIVE podcast, #325, and called out Rogan for not continuing with the carnivore diet for a longer period.
When asked how he feels when a famous entity like Joe Rogan promotes his brand, Liver King said, “I heard about it… I love it, right?”
Liver King also talked about Paul Saladino and said, “He’s the carnivore MD, this guy. So, he’s been on Joe Rogan’s podcast to promote that way.”
“When I hear the carnivore MD or Joe Rogan promoting this way of living, I’m like this is f***ing amazing. You are helping me do my job. This is my purpose in life. But then there’s a part of me that’s like this is only a fraction of the story. “

He emphasized how much Rogan talking about the carnivore diet means to him. However, expresses, “I think Joe Rogan shows that he has a transformation when he does it. I don’t know why he doesn’t do it longer.”
He also offered that a carnivore diet is ‘better than any f***ing food.’
Anyhow, in his conversation with Eddie Bravo and Brendan Schaub, Rogan had suggested the pros and cons of a carnivore diet. And considering the negatives Rogan pointed out, it’s obvious why he doesn’t go all-in for the carnivore diet.
