After going through a series of drug problems early in his life, the UFC lightweight has made his dream come true by signing with the promotion. Furthermore, ‘T.Wrecks’ has shared some of his life instances in a recent Instagram post that will surely inspire his fans.

The latest UFC sensation, Terrance McKinney, took to Instagram to share his life’s turning point. The UFC lightweight shared a video of himself captioned, “For those that don’t know my story this is why a loss will never stop me. I made it to the ufc and I don’t plan on leaving until I get the lightweight title and change my family’s life forever. In Jesus name, Amen.”

Furthermore, the video had some interesting insights into the struggle of McKinney. The video showed an instance in the life of ‘T.Wrecks’ as he had a night of intoxication. Moreover, the UFC lightweight also had a horrific night with the authorities as he claimed that he was tasered twice.
McKinney said in the video, “I died twice in there and I didn’t even know I died. I wasn’t gonna let this event define who I was. I made a devotion to myself that I was gonna have a complete 360 and I chose fighting.”
The video also featured his journey coming into the UFC and announcing himself firmly with a record.

Terrance McKinney’s record in the UFC
After losing out on Dana White’s contender series, McKinney gave some amazing performances at LFA and SHP MMA promotions. He secured impressive Round 1 finishes as he was brought back into the UFC.
From there on, the 28-year-old continued his run in the UFC as he defeated Matt Frevola in under 7 seconds of Round 1. He created a UFC lightweight record while doing the same. However, he has a series of mixed results inside the octagon with 2 wins and 2 losses after his fight against Frevola.
