UFC President Dana White is hands down one of the biggest entrepreneurs in the world today. He has taken the organization to unprecedented heights. The sport of MMA, in general, is now popular like never before, mostly because of the UFC.
In a recent interview, White talked about the business side of things and how he reached such heights. He is a hard worker through and through. White believes this is the base of any entrepreneur, as without hard work it is impossible for one to thrive as an independent businessman.

“Here’s the other thing. The other thing that you find out whether you are an entrepreneur or not. Listen, we are all different type of people. We are all built different. I found out at a really young age that I did not wanna work for other people.I wanted to work for myself. And obviously, there is a lot of things you have to have to work for yourself,” said White.
“First of all, you gotta be a hard worker,” he added. “You gotta figure out early how you’re built and who you are. Everybody thinks you want to be an entrepreneur until you actually become one. It’s a lot of work,” White said further.

UFC is now competing with other mainstream sports. The popularity has gone through the roof over time. The emergence of a superstar like Conor McGregor during the last decade obviously helped in that. However, White and his relentless efforts were the major factors behind the growth of the company.
Also, the promotion recently opened a new performance institute in Mexico. The visuals of that have taken the fans aback. It is as good as one can imagine it to be and the facilities are beyond imagination. One can expect further developments in the coming years.
