Adesanya recently had a conversation with Combat TV. After addressing numerous doubts concerning his ongoing beef with Sean Strickland, an interesting question came in front of him. Intriguingly, Adesanya was asked why the fans didn’t see him fueling the buzz of the fight, which was set against ‘Poatan’ back in April. Addressing the question, Adesanya took a little time and responded right away since he revealed that he didn’t contribute to Dana White’s close to $12 million success from the event.

Yupp, that was it that whole camp. Everyone were asking me questions leading up to it I was just giving like real short answers and I was just like this fight is already sold you know, there is no need for me to try and say anything.” said Adesanya.

He further said, “Even if say I’m gonna beat this guy you guys aren’t going to believe me because the fans even like if I if I didn’t really know me I wouldn’t have believed in me but the people who know me believed me because they know the mentality I have and the spirit I have and heart that I have.”

And, he was able to showcase his heroics as he stood tall in the climax and regained his supremacy.
