Joe Rogan stated that he likes to have a tightly scheduled workout routine. He revealed his entire week plan and all the activities that are a part of his daily workout routine. Rogan also talked about how he is very punctual about all his training and is also a yoga practitioner. He always makes sure that he fits all of his scheduled plans into his life, no matter what.

“I schedule my workouts every Sunday,” Rogan explained on an episode of his podcast. “I schedule everything that I’m going to do during the week.”
“I say ‘I have to do yoga two times this week’ and ‘I have to lift weights three times this week’ and ‘I have to run twice this week.’ And however, I fit that in, I fit that in. But I owe those things, so I have to get those things in.”
The former Fear Factor host also mentioned that he loves to eat meals that are a mixture of vegetables and meat. He also revealed the extra supplements which he involves in daily life apart from normal food.
“The diet is pretty strict in terms of no bread, very few carbs, no sugar, no bullshit. Healthy food, a lot of vegetables, and a lot of game meat, mostly wild game.”

“I take vitamin supplements every day. I take multivitamins, I take probiotics, and I take vitamin B12 and D.”
Joe Rogan Has a background in Martial Arts
Rogan is not just a UFC commentator but is one of the biggest MMA enthusiasts in the world. He has played a huge role in promoting UFC and MMA in general. His love for sports comes from his past martial arts experience. He started in Taekwondo and then eventually martial arts became a part of his life. He is now an active BJJ Practitioner.
