Former Bellator star, Michael ‘Venom’ Page, made his UFC debut at UFC 299 against the fan favorite Kevin Holland, in a highly anticipated matchup. In an interview with UFC.com, the Englishman stated, “Holland is the perfect guy, he’s game, he is tough as nails…” and indicated that he was looking forward to showcasing his talents against the ‘Trailblazer,’ and so he did. Now, he is all set to fight Ian Garry at UFC 303.

Michael ‘Venom’ Page made his move to the UFC in 2024 after a significant tenure with Bellator. He was a free agent before he signed with the UFC because “…I think it’s time for me to just explore what else is out there”, as he revealed in an interview with The MMA Hour.
In a report shared online by MMA Junkie, Bellator 292’s payouts from 2023 were released by California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) executive director, Andy Foster. It’s important to note that the figures excluded any additional bonuses or sponsor payments and only included disclosed amounts.
According to the report, Michael ‘Venom’ Page secured a salary of $100,000 for his fight against Goiti Yamauchi on the night.
The figure is interesting because according to another report shared on the Sports Zion website, for his fight against Douglas Lima at Bellator 261 in 2021, Page reportedly secured a lower salary. The numbers indicated that Page earned $70,000 approximately for this bout.
However, the report also stated that the figure is an estimation by experts based on information available about his previous contracts. And so, let’s take a look at what he received for his appearance at UFC 299.

The UFC 299 card was indeed highly anticipated by the fans due to the large number of exciting matchups at the event with star-studded names like Sean O’Malley, Dustin Poirier, Michael Page, and Gilbert Burns.
As such, NYFights.com published a report where they provided estimations for the potential payouts on the card for the fighters involved. According to their report, Sean O’Malley, the bantamweight champion is estimated to make $1 million for his rematch against Marlon Vera.

While ‘The Diamond’, Poirier, is estimated to secure a base purse of $500,000 minimum. And when it comes to Michael Page, the estimates suggest that he will make the same amount as he did in his last Bellator fight, which means an approximate payday of $100,000 for the Englishman at UFC 299. But being a newcomer to the UFC, Page has a base salary of only $30,000, which is the same amount that he is supposed to receive at UFC 303. In case he wins the fight, his pockets will definitely get heavy with the win bonus.
