The fighters at Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship have garnered quite a bit of attention, as well as larger paychecks in recent days. According to various reports, the salaries for lower-tier fighters usually began at $2000 and often went up to $9000 for each bout they competed in. Some of the bare-knuckle fighters even grabbed a paycheck that amounted to $20,000. Meanwhile, top-tier fighters like Mike Perry tended to earn millions.
But when it came down to the well-known MMA reporter, Oscar Willis, one can expect him to attract quite a bit of attention. After all, he is the man who’s associated with Conor McGregor’s MacLife. Such a name has the potential to sell more tickets than many MMA debutants. Keeping that in mind, the fight fans can expect Willis to earn somewhere around $5 thousand to $10 thousand, in salary. Needless to say, the paycheck can increase greatly with a rise in PPV sales.
On the other hand, Ben Davis has graced the arena in about 3 professional bouts. Even though he lost his first professional grappling match in Fury Pro Grappling, he went on to fight Anderson Silva’s son, Gabriel Silva at MF & DAZN X Series 9. However, this also resulted in a loss and Silva Jr. knocked the reporter out with a left hook in the first round. But he has claimed one victory in Karate Combat 47. Debuting at BKFC on DAZN against McGregor’s reporter, the fight fans can expect him to receive a similar amount in salary, with the possibility of bagging around $5-10 thousand. No doubt, their popularity will play a huge role in deciding their paycheck.
This can be confirmed if we take a look at the purse for a few previous fights. Although Mike Perry earned millions in his previous fight, fighters like John Dodson, Ryan Benoit, and others, were yet to reach that mark and were still in the 5-figure range.

But what about the other fighters? Well, Franco Teneglia earned around $30,000 at BKFC 60, while Danny Christie got about $20,000. On the other hand, Tony Soto got $4000 for finishing his fight against Joshua Morales. Therefore, we can expect a similar trend to grace the fighters’ pockets in Spain.
Let’s keep the paycheck aside for a moment. Did you know that Dana White promised to be present at BKFC 67? Let’s see what he had to say about the matchup between Willis and Davis.

Dana White is ready to witness the showdown at BKFC 67
During the press conference for Dana White’s Contender Series season 8 week 9, a reporter pointed out that Willis would be featured at BKFC. This sent a shockwave through the UFC CEO, as he realized why the man who ran McGregor’s website was absent at the press conference. The reporter then urged White to give a piece of advice to Willis.
The UFC head honcho said, “Don’t do it. Is that why he’s not here? He’s always here. So he is fighting bare knuckle… He’s a great kid. I wish him all the luck in the world. Hope he doesn’t get his face busted up.”

I will watch it.” And it’s not just White, but also Dan Hooker who assured that he would watch the big media names clash against each other with bare knuckles.
