Joe Rogan and Dana White’s relationship has been a cornerstone of the UFC and has been instrumental in the rise of the promotion into the premiere MMA organization in the world today. While Rogan had worked as a backstage and post-fight interviewer for the UFC at UFC 12: Judgement Day in 1997, it wasn’t until Zuffa took over the organization in 2001 that Dana White offered the comedian and actor a shot at becoming the color commentator.

Their friendship has become an iconic part of the UFC and their striking resemblance has even led to people confusing the two for one another. And in a recent video shared on social media, the UFC CEO doubled up in laughter as a fan pointed out a unique ‘ritual’ of interaction between the two men!

I was bald before Joe was ever bald…”

As such, a recent video was shared on Instagram with a video of White and Joe Rogan greeting one another. And while he has claimed that he was “bald before Joe”, the video shows both men with bald heads and White approaches his friend and gives him a friendly rub on his head before embracing him.
