UFC President Dana White is a good friend of Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States. However, the same can not be said about his relationship with the current U.S. President, Joe Biden.

During the 2020 Presidential Elections, the UFC head showed his approval for his friend Trump and even spoke in his favor.

In the past, White has even suggested that he doesn’t care if he loses some UFC fans, in order for him to support his friend Donald Trump. Furthermore, he supported Trump ahead of the 2016 Presidential Elections.

During a press conference on concerns over Biden winning the election, and how it would affect the UFC, White wondered, “In what way? Like, Biden’s gonna come after me?”

Dana White facetiously added, “I think Biden doesn’t even know who I am. I think Biden doesn’t know who Biden is.” After a big laugh, he said, “I had to do it.”

Thus, it indicates that the UFC President was not worried about who won the Presidential Elections. Besides, the UFC is a global sport and has only grown since, proving no effect of any external factors.

However, White’s claim of Biden not knowing him doesn’t add up with one of his earlier interviews.

Dana White felt honored to meet Joe Biden

UFC President Dana White has met Joe Biden a long time before. Even in an interview with MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, White had talked about working with Joe Biden.

“Obviously, Dana White and Donald Trump’s relationship is well-documented, but White and Joe Biden know each other and have met. In fact, back in 2010, Biden asked White for some campaign help, and White seemed happy to do so,” tweeted Helwani.

“He was a very nice guy, he was fun to hang out with. I had a good time. I was honored,” said White.

Thus, this interview contradicts White’s claims and suggests Biden certainly knew the UFC President.
