Most UFC fighters sport an amazing physique coupled with several tattoos and the famed light heavyweight champ in UFC, Alex Pereira, is no exception. Pereira is known for his incredible tattoos. But while he has many tattoos done by other artists, he never held a needle himself to tattoo someone else.

However, that changed recently because it looks like the canvas became the artist. ‘Poatan’ was seen tattooing a fan albeit with professional help as the fan was beaming having got his favorite fighter’s autograph tattooed on his leg. The video was uploaded to the Freak MMA Instagram account and the caption read, “A fan in Australia let Alex Pereira tattoo his autograph on his leg. The sky is the limit for Alex Pereira.”

Pereira was seen writing his nickname as an autograph on a fan’s leg in Australia. The fan let him tattoo it but ‘Poatan’ was unsure. However, with the help of a professional tattoo artist, he aced the job. Even though the finished product was not as perfect and the lines were wobbly, he tried his best considering his expertise does not lie in tattooing others.

Was it a disaster for the fan and will he regret the permanent mark on his skin? Who knows? Meanwhile, fans commented on the video and spoke about this incident with surprise and awe.

Alex Pereira has several tattoos and approximately they amount to 10. Some of them have significant meanings as well. He has multiple dragons etched on his body along with one koi fish. Now it seems Pereira is giving meaningful tattoos to his fans as well.

After fans saw the video, they had various comments about Pereira’s ‘side hustle’. One fan wrote, “Bro out here completing side missions,” while another follower wrote, “Bro is good at everything minus tattooing lmao holy sh*t that’s bad but u ain’t hear that from me lmao.”

A netizen suggested that tattooing one of his fans might be something Pereira always wanted to do and it was not spontaneous. The fan wrote, “Must’ve been one of Izzy’s bucket list items.”

Fans mostly know about Pereira’s troubled times and struggle with alcoholism before he started kickboxing. After gaining success, he even got a tattoo related to that. Even though the fans appreciate Pereira’s struggles, they still joked about his tattooing skills. A UFC buff wrote, “Tattooing another man’s name on you is wild lol,” while another fan said, “he needs to fix his tattoos first. One follower even criticized his handiwork and wrote, “Shit job mate.”

The UFC icon tattooing his fan must have been a core memory moment for the lucky fan. What are your thoughts on Pereira tattooing his fan?
