Fans of former UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway are eagerly anticipating his return to the octagon. According to reports, a massive featherweight bout between Holloway and top contender Arnold Allen is edging closer to headline a UFC Fight Night event on April 15. The contracts are yet to be finalized. However, verbal agreements are in place, making this one of the most exciting of the year.
Max Holloway, famous for his incredible striking skills, became the UFC Featherweight champion in 2017 when he defeated José Aldo. He went on to defend the title three times, becoming one of the most dominant fighters in the division. Additionally, he holds the unique distinction of being the only fighter in UFC history to be hit 2950 times without being knocked out once. Recently, Holloway gave Conor McGregor a fitting response to his hilarious dig at him.

Arnold Allen (19-1) is on par with Volkanovski for the second-longest win streak in UFC featherweight history. He is a top contender and a dangerous opponent for Holloway, making this bout a must-watch for fans. According to Adam Catterall in a recent tweet, Allen is hoping for doctor clearance two weeks from now. Moreover, if he gets the thumbs up, the fight is set to go ahead as the main event for the April 15 UFC Fight Night.
