Recently, Jon Jones had an unfortunate incident in Las Vegas. This caused him to receive a lot of hate from the MMA world. After this incident, he promised his fans to go sober and quit alcohol. Recently Chael Sonnen took a hit at Jon Jones on his official Twitter account.

Sonnen mocked Jones for being sober. The former UFC fighter said this in reference to a tweet that ‘Bones’ had posted earlier this week.
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” My family, my life, my career could’ve been over after what happened in Las Vegas. But God had other plans for me. 60 days sober and counting

There have been a lot of instances where Jon Jones has promised his fans some things. Unfortunately, he has been unable to carry out those promises. While he successfully carried out this one, it remains to be seen how he responds to Chael Sonnen’s jibe.

Even though Jones has been away from the cage, he is still putting in the work at the gym. Jones has been training for his comeback to the UFC as a heavyweight fighter. Recently, he was spotted training his wrestling skills with former champion Henry Cejudo.
Last week, Jones took to his social media to announce his return to fighting. He mentioned that he would be taking on the Bellator fighter, Jake Hager, in a wrestling match in December. However, Hager took to his Instagram to dismiss Jones and told fans that the fight had not even been confirmed.
