The entire MMA community is eagerly awaiting the return of UFC icon Conor McGregor. However, it seems the chance of the same is way too low. The Irishman and Michael Chandler will lock horns by the end of 2023. However, in order for this to happen, the former UFC two-division champion needs to come clean in the USADA tests. But McGregor has not yet entered the testing pool. Ever since he decided to come back, issues began to arise between him and the testing agency.

The Irishman believed USADA would let him slip through, but the anti-doping agency was stricter than ever with ‘Mystic Mac’. They wanted him to follow every single procedure like any other UFC fighter. Now McGregor has just a day left to rejoin USADA if he wants to fight by the end of the year.

Two days ago, ‘Verdict’ posted on Twitter “Conor McGregor has 48 hours left to enter the USADA testing pool if he’s going to fight at UFC 296 which is the final PPV of the year. If he doesn’t enter 6 month testing pool by Friday, he will not be fighting in 2023 per the rules of USADA.

Soon, people were once again reminded how little time the Irishman had in order to get into the testing pool. They wrote, “Conor McGregor has until the end of today to join the USADA testing pool if he’s going to fight for the UFC this year.” After coming across the reminder, fans are not happy with the Irish superstar.

A fan seemed very angry at the UFC superstar. He mentioned that McGregor was not a professional fighter anymore.

Another fan sarcastically tweeted that McGregor has put himself in a lot of legal complications and that he would be fighting against them.

A fan was quite sure that the fight would not come to fruition. His comeback has been under speculation for a long time with many wondering if McGregor really intends to continue fighting.

One of the Twitter users mentioned how Chandler was running out of luck.

As McGregor has achieved a lot in the sport, many also felt he could just retire and never fight again.

A fan mentioned that McGregor was hardly bothered about returning to the UFC octagon to fight. McGregor last fought Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 and suffered a broken leg. Many were of the opinion that 22-6-0 record holder would retire. However, the Irishman confirmed the exact opposite.
