Tony Ferguson is set to square off against Paddy Pimblett at the upcoming UFC 296. Ferguson, who is on a six-fight losing streak, has displayed lackluster performances for quite some time. The anticipation for his bout against Pimblett is heightened by the fact that Pimblett enters the match with an impressive six-fight winning streak.

Michael Bisping is of the opinion that White will never allow Ferguson to fight if he doesn’t want to. Let’s delve deeper to understand this perspective.

The former middleweight champion has been a firm supporter of Tony Ferguson and has been supporting the struggling fighter for long. In his most recent escapade, ‘ The Count’ was asked about his opinion on whether Dana White will keep Tony Ferguson in the Octagon despite Ferguson’s unwillingness.

Bisping stated that people have a very false presentation about the UFC head honcho. “Well, first of all, Dana’s not gonna keep him fighting long, you know. You guys have this old messed up impression of Dana, this big boss, like a big mafia boss, treating everyone and whipping them in. He’s gonna keep Tony fighting,” said Michael Bisping.

He further added, “If Tony doesn’t wanna fight, then Tony won’t fight. It’s as simple as that; nobody has a gun to the head. If Tony wants to carry on fighting, if he loses, who knows, right? Maybe that’s the end of the road. Maybe they will allow him to fight again for time served, for what he’s done for the company, you know what I mean. He’s been a great addition to the UFC, but let’s wait and see how the fight goes.”

Bisping is sure that White will keep Ferguson away from the fights if he doesn’t want to. However, down in the conversation, Bisping warned Paddy Pimblet about his upcoming fight against Ferguson.
