“Her Blood Pressure Went Up…” – UFC Legend Jose Aldo Reveals Wife’s Condition After Dana White Message

Jose Aldo, by many, is described as one of the greatest fighters of all time. The ‘King Of Rio’ was one of the most dominant champions in the history of MMA. Aldo came to the UFC as the featherweight champion from WEC who was on an 11-fight win streak. Moreover, after joining the promotion, he won the UFC belt and defended it seven times before losing it to Conor McGregor.

In the later stage of his career, the fighter moved to bantamweight and, furthermore, fought for the title there as well. Consequently, after an illustrious career, Aldo announced his retirement after his last bout against Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 278.

The tribute came pouring in for the Brazilian with fighters congratulating him. The UFC showed their appreciation for Aldo’s career as well. Meanwhile, recently Aldo came out and described an emotional message that UFC President Dana White sent him.

Aldo revealed the message that White had sent him. He said, “[I] texted Dana on Thursday. And Dana wrote me back, thanking me for everything, saying the UFC was always open for me. The performance institute and everything I needed. He has great affection for me and my family.”

Aldo felt it wasn’t like a boss talking to an employee, but rather two people who liked each other.

Aldo then recalled that he showed White’s message to his wife and, upon seeing the message, her blood pressure went high. Consequently, she was rushed to the hospital and gave birth to their child.

The former UFC champ concluded by saying, “But it was after his message that got Vivianne emotional. Her blood pressure went up, and we were taking her to the hospital.”

Furthermore, he also unveiled that the birth took place under difficult circumstances. There was a knot in the baby’s umbilical cord which was dangerous.

The UFC president received huge acclamation from his fans for this kind gesture. Meanwhile, people also were very touched by this wholesome moment shared by Aldo.
