The card for UFC 274 has already started to take shape and two huge title fights will feature on it. One of the title fights will be a huge clash between Glover Teixeira and Jiri Prochazka.

Teixeira is the current light heavyweight champion and will make his first title defense. The Brazilian is an excellent grappler and once again showed his skills on the ground in his last fight. He submitted Jan Blachowicz in the second round at UFC 267 to claim the title. In order to prepare for his grappling, the challenger is turning to the best for training.

The Czech fighter sometime back said he’ll join Henry Cejudo and Jon Jones at Fight Ready to prepare. Now, Cejudo has confirmed that. According to him, ‘Denisa‘ will join them on Monday to get ready for his fight at UFC 274.

Prochazka is an elite striker and is currently on an impressive win streak. He has won his last 12 fights, two of which have come in the UFC. Out of his 28 career wins, 25 have come via T/KO. The Czech coming off a dominant win over a former light heavyweight title challenger in Dominick Reyes.

He put a stop to Reyes in the second round with a devastating spinning back elbow in his last fight.

Michael Bisping expects Jiri Prochazka to be the champion by the end of 2022

Prochazka has impressed everyone since his debut in the UFC. He is a dangerous striker and can knock anyone out if he connects.

He is currently preparing for his for the title fight against Glover Teixeira at UFC 274. Many believe he can dethrone the champion, and one of those guys is Michael Bisping. The former UFC middleweight champion believes his unorthodox style will help him become the champion.

During a discussion video for BT Sport, he said, “I think Jiri Prochazka. I think he gets his shot. I think when he fights Glover Teixeira, it’s not gonna be easy because we haven’t seen the takedown defense and the ground grappling; the jiu-jitsu, and the scrambling ability of Jiri Prochazka. But I think, on the feet, the man’s powerful, he’s unorthodox, he’s kind of crazy in many ways. And that’s kind of the key to his success.”

“He is very unorthodox and unpredictable. And I think this time, next year, Prochazka will be ruling the roost at 205.”

Joining Fight Ready and training with Henry Cejudo and Jon Jones will help Prochazka’s ground game a lot. He will look to get as much training as possible to cause Teixeira trouble and try to win the light heavyweight title.
