Mark Zuckerberg has been in contact with Israel Adesanya and his City Kickboxing teammate Alexander Volkanovski. While the 39-year-old had trained with ‘The Great’ in the Metaverse, not much was known about his training sessions with Israel Adesanya, until recently. The 2-time middleweight champion shared a few photos while training with Zuckerberg on Twitter.

He had a message to go along with the photos. Adesanya captioned it: “We both have South Africans to deal with.” He took a jibe at Elon Musk, relating him to du Plessis’ nationality, and claimed that Zuckerberg and he are fighting for the same cause. However, the fans don’t seem too impressed with Adesanya’s Twitter post. Let us see what they had to say.

Fans react to Adesanya’s training photos

The fans took a few jibes at the Nigerian-born Kiwi fighter. First, one fan mentioned how Adesanya was undermining the South African folks and predicted that Elon Musk and Dricus du Plessis will be victorious.

Another fan could notice how much seriousness there was during the session with Zuckerberg.

A Twitter user mentioned how much he wants Elon Musk to win. However, given Zuckerberg’s BJJ prowess, he understands that the Meta CEO has more of an advantage.
