He said, “He was such a sweetheart. But he was a big dog. He was a mastiff. He was a Regency Mastiff. His father was actually on Fear Factor.”

Following this, the 55-year-old narrated Fear Factor also featured high-end athletes and once wanted strong dogs that could perform bite scenes. Johnny Cash’s father fitted the bill and left an impression on everyone due to his non-aggression and friendly nature.

Further, he said, “This dog was above 60 [lbs] and was built like a brick sh*t house. His dad, my dog’s dad, was in the movie The Hulk.”

The comedian then gave a shout-out to his friend Joe, who raised those dogs. He continued and disclosed his friend didn’t allow any dog breed to harbor any aggression toward other dogs or towards people.

Rogan reveals what made his dog “so chill”

The former Fear Factor host subsequently detailed how Johnny Cash’s father enamored everyone with his cool-headedness.

He stated, “So they were the best dogs. And this dog [Johnny Cash’s father] was hanging out with other dogs that were doing bite work and everything and he was so chill. Just hanging out.”

“‘How does his dog so chill?’ Cause he is just f*king smart. He is well-raised and well-trained and loved. So I had his son, and he was the f*king best,” he added later on.
