Joe Rogan is always in the thick of things in the sporting world. The UFC commentator may give a controversial take on things. An example of this is the current hot topic regarding an oil protestor ruining the World Snooker Championship.

An oil protestor stopped the World Snooker Championship match between Robert Milkins and Joe Perry. The UFC commentator has joined his fans in thrashing the protestor on social media.

The UFC commentator did not like the stoppage of play by the oil protestor. Rogan bashed the unfortunate incident on his Instagram account. He expressed his opinion by sharing an eight-word message on Instagram with reposting the post by VICE World News.

Rogan wrote, “These dorks make me want to burn tires.” This is not the first time as Rogan has previously thrashed the “stupid” eco-climate activists in his Instagram posts.

Rogan has also previously stated on his podcasts that, “These people, they are trying to get attention with the least amount of work possible.

Fans react to Rogan sharing the news

Some of Rogan’s fans spoke about the unfortunate incident at the World Snooker Championship in the UK. Fans lashed on the activist for his actions that ultimately ruined the championship.

A fan said, “People are stupid.” Another fan added, “I’m sure he drove to the event in his car.”

Additionally, a fan added while supporting Rogan’s stance, “He thinks he’s gonna be in a history book for this.”

Furthermore, a social media user wrote, “And he accomplished nothing.” An Instagram user commented, “Imagine being driven away by the police in their gasoline powered vehicle.”

Similarly, a fan added, “Would love for these people to live for just one week in an environment with zero access to any product that is made from a derivative of oil.” One social media user said, “Give them what they want, ban all products that require petroleum, is made of petroleum and is powered by petroleum. They will quickly realize everything imaginable requires petroleum.”

Conversely, a fan wrote, “You posting this to your platform is exactly the aim. People talking about it is the whole idea.”
