Joe Rogan was not happy with the way Arnold Allen lost his UFC 297 bout. Allen and Movsar Evloev went up against each other for a featherweight bout that went on for all of its three rounds. In the end, Evloev came up as the victor but Rogan wasn’t very convinced.
Why? Because he used a controversial move during the fight. And for Rogan, the ref should have done something about it. Marc Goddard was the one responsible for the potentially unjust decision loss that Allen suffered. Here’s what Rogan had to say.

Joe Rogan is currently live with his Joe Rogan Experience Fight Companion series where he watches UFC events live and hands his judgement. In this manner, he can see the way things unfold even though he’s far away from the arena. Well, the color commentator had to give his take on the illegal knees that Evloev fired Allen with.
“We’ll it’s also controversial man,” he said. “Those moments where he is landing those knees, if they didn’t stop that. If those are legit and they didn’t stop that. How f*cked was he? Laying on his a** like he was f*cked. So what if he is really hurt?”
“I care. I would review that. If I was in his management team… In my opinion he just got f*cked. The debate should be out there” Rogan said as he watched things unfold live. He also had his guests Eddie Bravo, Joey Diaz & Brendan Schaub along with him as he went off on the ref’s decision.
What do you think about Rogan’s take? The knees were delivered to Allen’s face as Evloev was trying to take him down. His head was weighed down and the knees gave Allen a pretty serious black eye. In fact, the fighter would later go on to Instagram to send fans an update.
