Jon Jones completed an amazing comeback at UFC 285. He took down Ciryl Gane in the first round to get his hands on the heavyweight title. While the loss will deject Ciryl Gane, he should be thanking the stars for aligning in his favor and landing him a fight against Jon Jones. Francis Ngannou, who was the heavyweight champion, would have fought Jon Jones if he would have been here in the UFC. He left after some disagreements with the management and Ciryl Gane got the opportunity to have a go at the title.
Jones was later asked by the media about his reactions on Francis Ngannou. The reporters informed the American of how Francis Ngannou had sent his best wishes to him after the victory. In response, Jones said some x-rated things that left the attending fans and reporters in splits.

Jones didn’t even try to pretend that he had any respect for the former UFC heavyweight champion. When asked about his response to Ngannou’s tweet where he had congratulated Jones, Jon Jones said, “Francis is a Big Ol P***y.” He further added, all that muscle, with a big ass p***y Excuse me, I’m so sorry.

Fans and experts alike were divided in their opinions about whether Francis Ngannou did the right thing moving away from the UFC right before his fight with Jon Jones. While Dana White had recently said that Francis Ngannou will not come back to the UFC, unlike some other fighters. Jones has now sparked a verbal volley toward Ngannou. The new heavyweight champion has already lined up his next fight to further his storied career.

Jon Jones is now looking to go against two-time former champion Stipe Miocic. In the post-fight media interaction, Jones called out Miocic. He said that lifting weights was not going to help Miocic beat him. He also commented on Miocic’s age and said he is not getting any younger. While Ngannou’s career is at a standstill, Jones is making robust and swift progress.
