‘Poatan’ shared a video of his sons and coach on his Instagram Stories. The video shows his sons being talked to sternly in Portuguese by coach and former UFC light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira. The 43-year-old holds the record as one of the oldest champions in UFC history.

Teixeira can be seen scolding the two boys, who cannot keep a straight face. He instructs them to do push-ups as punishment, which both boys observe. ‘Poatan’ also wrote a caption that translates to “Learn or learn!!!” with it. The video also shows the American-Brazilian instructing the boys on mixed martial arts, again, in fluent Portuguese. For those of you wondering, Teixeira is a current resident of the U.S. but was born in Brazil and is of Portuguese descent.
