UFC finally has a new heavyweight champion, and it is none other than Jon ‘Bones’ Jones. Being away from the octagon for nearly three years, Jones has had a dream comeback. The former light heavyweight champion suffered several setbacks in the last 3 years. Problems with the law, problems with his fiancee, problems with the UFC, and much more!
But these problems did not stop Jones from coming back and achieving what he wanted to. Jones made the long-awaited switch to the heavyweight division to fight Ciryl Gane for the vacant world heavyweight title. The 35-year-old once again established his name in the history books by submitting Gane in the very first round. The victory was nothing short of spectacular, and Jones had a lot to say in his post-fight conference.

Jon Jones is grateful to everyone around him
Fans are seeing a different Jon Jones this time. The new heavyweight champ sounded a lot happier, more positive, and more humble in his post-fight interview than he ever did before.
First and foremost, Jones thanked Jesus Christ for his victory. “I gotta give thanks to my lord and savior Jesus Christ”. Then, Jones thanked all the “prayer warriors” that prayed for him.

Then Jones beautifully credited his fiance Jessie Moses for being his support throughout his journey. “I want to thank my beautiful fiance Jesse for being my biggest support. I love you so much! My biggest supporter!”, the heavyweight champion said.
