After giving what Belal Muhammad had wanted for a long time – a title shot, Dana White delivered on another promise. But it doesn’t involve a fighter. Instead, The UFC CEO recently came across an El Pollo Loco employee who refused to take a large sum of money to give up his job, prompting the 54-year-old to promise a reward of $15,000 for that employee named Alexander Held.

When an influencer, ‘razzaqlocks‘, presented a whopping amount of $100,000 to Alexander Held for leaving his job, the employee refused to take it. And if you ask why? Well, it was because only a few people were working that day and he did not want to make his co-workers suffer. Now, Held finally got the big reward that Dana White believes he deserves.

Although Dana White did not meet the takeaway employee in person, he delegated the responsibility of handing the sum of $15,000 to the influencer, who started it all. As soon as he handed the money to Alexander Held, the influencer confirmed that he was there on behalf of the UFC CEO. “Just gave him the 15 grand from Dana White. He didn’t wanna leave his co-workers suffering, man. He’s a real one, so Dana White took care of him,” ‘razzaqlocks’ stated.

However, that wasn’t it for Held. After being termed the ‘Employee of the Month’ by Dana White and the management of El Pollo Loco, he also received another sum of $20,0000 from the restaurant’s management team. The restaurant owners also took the opportunity to thank White for helping them bring such “good people” to their attention.

Dana White often splashes the cash, not only on his friends, like the Nelk Boys, but also on people he’s not acquainted with. Over a decade ago, he donated to a Muay Thai instructor as well.

The UFC CEO donated a significant sum to Tiger Muay Thai in Thailand

Tiger Muay Thai has produced some amazing MMA fighters. Some of them who trained there are even fighting under the UFC banner. As such, when Dana White heard that one of the instructors in that gym had become a victim of a dire medical emergency, he decided to do something about it. Former Muay Thai champion and currently a trainer at the aforementioned gym, Kru Rattanachai was facing a difficult situation with his 7-month-old daughter’s health deterioration in 2010.

The hospital bills crept up to a whopping $50,000, as reported by Tiger Muay Thai’s official website, and things were looking really bad. And who came to the rescue at that moment? It was Dana White. The now 54-year-old added to the already collected amount of $10,000 and covered the rest of the medical expenses for Kru Rattanachai’s daughter to get well.
