The UFC’s bantamweight division is one of the most competitive divisions in the UFC. Old and new fighters all are coming together for a common goal. The 135-pound fighters want a taste of UFC gold and are striving towards achieving it. However, the current champion Aljamain Sterling‘s news of another injury might halt their journey for a while. It seems his fight against Henry Cejudo is in jeopardy and two UFC fighters are not having it. Fans react as Sean O’Malley and Marlon Vera speak against the champion Aljamain Sterling.

‘Suga’ and ‘Chito’ took to Twitter to show their eagerness to fight for the bantamweight title. The current champion Aljamain Sterling might be out injured for a while. Hence his fight with Henry Cejudo is in jeopardy. However, Sean O’Malley and Marlon Vera might have a solution for the problem.

Similarly, Sean O’Malley trolled the ‘Funkmaster’ and simultaneously provided a solution as he wanted to face Henry Cejudo.

Moreover, fans were enjoying the banter on the internet. But some of the fans were also disappointed owing to the champ being injured again. They started joining the two promising UFC bantamweights in going against the champion.

One fan said in support of O’Malley, “Lol aljocomain is creative not recycled like most other names they have for each other”.

Similarly, another fan had an exciting prospect that was resonating throughout the comment section of the ESPN MMA post. The fan said, “Chito and Sean rematch Winner fights cejudo for interim belt”. Moreover, another fan added, “Chito vs omalley 2 for interim gold”.

The comment section saw the fans troll Sterling. One fan said, “Aljo is the weakest champ I’ve seen. Bro ducks every fight but acts like he’s been through it out. I’m disappointed ufc doesn’t see this”. 

Furthermore, another fan added, “Aljo doing everything he can to make sure no one likes him”. One more fan said, “NOBODY RESPECTS ALJO. FAKEST CHAMP IN UFC HISTORY”.

However, a fan came in support of Aljamain Sterling, He said, “Not the biggest aljo fan but he doesn’t duck smoke more active then a lot of other champs”. Another fan gave O’Malley some advice regarding his next fight in a sarcastic tone. They said, “Henry would batter O’Malley. O’Malley Is Better Off Remattching Chito And Getting Finished Again.”

What’s the next fight to make in the bantamweight division?

With Sterling looking out injured for a fight against Henry Cejudo. it will be interesting to see if the UFC give the fans their much-awaited rematch. The fans would want to see Sean O’Malley go head-to-head against Marlon Vera. However, the stakes will be higher this time as they might fight for the interim bantamweight title.
