Joe Rogan is undeniably a man of many talents. He has dominated the land of color commentary and podcasting. Surprisingly, his game in comedy is pretty strong, as well. The famed color commentator has several connections and friends in the field of comedy. He not only has a stand-up comedy special on Netflix but also launched a comedy club in Austin, Texas.
The 55-year-old comedian and UFC commentator took to Instagram and announced the launch of his comedy club, ‘Comedy Mothership’. Without a doubt, the JRE host showcased his hilarious side in the picture he shared. Furthermore, he declared that the tickets were on sale. However, the tickets were out of stock within moments of the announcement. This greatly saddened the fans who were waiting for a chance to visit Rogan’s club.
Fans upset with sold-out tickets to Joe Rogan’s comedy club

After teasing the world, Rogan finally announced the launch of his comedy club. He took to Instagram and shared the dates of the shows and told the fans that the tickets were on sale. Rogan wrote, “Austin, Texas! The Launch of The Mothership. First shows, march 7, 8, 9 and March 14, 15, 16. Tickets are on sale now.”

Unfortunately, the fans had to go empty-handed. The tickets to the first shows were sold-out within moments after the announcement. Unquestionably, the fans took over the comments section and revealed how upset they were for not getting a chance to visit the ‘Mothership’.

Joe Rogan admits to his insecurities

In a previous episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, the beloved podcaster revealed that he didn’t enjoy performing comedy as much as he liked watching it in his early days. Surprisingly, he admitted to feeling insecure and envious. “In the beginning, I didn’t (like doing comedy) because of jealousy and insecurity,” he said.
However, Rogan has come a long way. With a Netflix special and comedy club under his belt, he is on the road to dominating the stage of comedy, as well.
