Fighters helping other fighters to prepare for a fight is common in MMA. The two fighters who are scheduled for a bout, help one another in cutting weight, become their sparring partner, and try to be a support in any capacity they can.
Recently in a post on Instagram, we saw Alex Pereira and Dominick Reyes train together. Both the fighters were in top-notch shape and looked ready to go.

What was worth noticing was the size difference between the two. Alex Pereira is a weight division below Reyes; however, he looks considerably larger next to the light-heavyweight. Not only us, but the fans took a notice of that as well.

Alex Pereira and Dominick Reyes are fighting on the same card
Reyes and Pereira are both set to fight on the same card, which is UFC 281. ‘The Devastator’ will face Ryan Spann in a light-heavyweight bout; Meanwhile, The Brazilian will face Israel Adesanya in the main event for the middleweight strap.
The former kickboxing champion, Alex Pereira, is on a three-fight win streak and has jumped the division to fight straight away for the championship.

Certainly, another reason why The UFC promoted him to fight the champ is that he holds two victories against him in kickboxing. One out of which was a devastating knockout.

Reyes, on the other hand, is on a two-fight losing skid. Both the losses have been in a title fight and are against belt holders. The former contender will look to get back to winning ways by defending Ryan Spann, who’s considered to be a good stylistic matchup for Reyes.
