White had been maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle for a long time. But, he finally got to his senses when he was warned by Gary Brecka, the founder of 10X Health systems. He tested White‘s blood samples and came up with the verdict that White had “only 10.4 years to live”.
This possibly rang a bell inside White and he started to work with the 10X biologist and health experts. He has admitted that he was very contented with the results he saw just within 5 months of his schedule with 10X.
Looking at the UFC boss’ current condition, Cardone stated, “You look great, man. What have you lost?”. White then replied saying, “I lost 30 pounds”. Cardone also wanted to know whether white was dieting or not. White replied that he was “doing keto”.
He then went on to describe the current improved condition of his physique, stating, “And more importantly than looking awesome than looking awesome, I can’t describe to you how I feel. I feel incredible and Gary tells me you don’t feel incredible, this is what normal is supposed to feel like”.
He continued, “I had got to the point where I thought ‘Ok, this is what 53 feels like right?’ ‘Wrong’. That’s not what 53 is supposed to feel like. This is what 53 is supposed to feel like.”
White was really into some severe trouble
