Tito Ortiz is one of the most infamous names in UFC history. Perhaps, one of the biggest reasons for him being so is his rivalry with none other than UFC CEO Dana White. Regardless of how much the UFC head hated Ortiz, it was the promotion where he ended up meeting the woman he would marry.

Today, Ortiz has a happy family with model and former UFC ring girl, Amber Nichole Miller. Nichole Miller and Ortiz met during their time in the promotion. In fact, she was one of the very first few ring girls appointed by the promotion early on and developed a relationship with Ortiz after his divorce. Here’s more.

Amber Nichole Miller started modeling at the young age of five. To this day, she is still a model and also had a great time being a ring girl for the UFC in its early days when the Fertita brothers had started getting involved with the promotion. She was asked to be a ring girl when she was bartending at Whiskey Sky at Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas.

“Started at UFC 34 and it was at the MGM Grand and it was Matt Hughes vs. Carlos Newton…the Fertittas were looking for ring girls since they were going to be supporting this new fighting organization ( the UFC),” she told Wingman Magazine.

Amber further added, “They asked if I was interested and I had watched the Underground UFC and WWF and WWE growing up and I definitely wanted to do it. It was really exciting to sit in the front row and be there at the whole event and atmosphere. I also did the first Ultimate Fighter shows and my last event was UFC 60.”

Tito Ortiz and her met soon after Ortiz went through his second divorce with adult entertainment star Jenna Jameson. The two had twins together but after their divorce and when Ortiz got together with Nichole Miller, he had this to say about his past. “Twins’ mom walked away. It’s been nine years now. I have no problem with that now because it’s a blessing in disguise.” And his wife feels the same way too!

Amber Nichole Miller became rather close with multiple UFC fighters who were mainstays of the organization in the early days. In the same interview with Wingman Magazine, she noted how her relationship with Ortiz began soon after his divorce.

She noted, “He (Tito Ortiz) confided in me and we started talking a lot.. [After his knee surgery] I went to back to Vegas and we kept talking all the time and it grew into a bond and after a while I fell in love with him and with his boys and it has been great for all of us.”

Amber Nichole Miller’s career apart from the UFC

One of Amber Nichole Miller’s very first jobs was when she appeared in a Disney Channel Spot alongside Australian actress and singer, Olivia Newton-John. This was when she was merely five years old. Clearly, she started in the industry quite early. Since then, she’s been featured as an extra in several films, has done commercials for television, and has also hosted modeling competitions.

A woman of many talents, clearly, her beauty and brains have led her to countless opportunities. She has been a co-host for Hot Topics Celeb TV Unscripted Afterdark. This was a series where interesting topics from all over Hollywood were discussed. It also invited big names from the entertainment industry so they could participate in these discussions.

She also co-hosted other interesting shows such as AEG Live Studio Actors on Actors. Here, interviews with actors usually about their body of work were conducted at length. It allowed fans and fellow insiders to learn more about the actors’ journeys in their chosen trade. Nichole Miller also participated in the 2010 show, Ultimate Women Challenge.

Sounds interesting right? Well it is, Ultimate Women Challenge is where women such as Nichole Miller herself spend their time with MMA fighters to learn the secrets of the trade so they could also become fierce female fighters who could show their might inside of a cage. She was what could be called a self-challenge host on the show and participated in activities that were beyond entertaining.

Finally, she was also a strong presence on FightZone Presents where she was an interviewee back in the time when she was still associated with MMA at large. Clearly, she is someone with a lot of experience in the field and has been a great addition to Ortiz’s life. The two officially tied the knot in 2022 after dating for several years.
