The world could wake up to the visuals of Elon Musk driving his Tesla to Mark Zuckerberg‘s house and having a sit-down with him. This was very much the plan to make sure the superfight went through. But the visuals never dropped, and the high-voltage meeting didn’t happen. So what exactly transpired?
The two tech giants have failed to chalk out the details of their fight, with the months-long buildup going to waste. With UFC President Dana White out of the picture, the chances of finalizing the fight are rather slim. Even the Meta CEO got tired of waiting with no official date or venue announced. Thus, he decided to “move on” from the fight. But the X owner failed to make peace with the idea and decided to steer his Tesla FSD’s test drive to Palo Alto.
For the Tesla FSD test drive in Palo Alto tonight, I will ask the car to drive to @finkd’s house.
Will also test latest X livestream video, so you can monitor our adventure in real-time!
If we get lucky and Zuck my 👅 actually answers the door, the fight is on!

However, the Tesla CEO never stepped out of his Tesla on Zuckerberg’s pavement, and the “fight is on” never received a green light. Now it appears his antics have made him lose some ground with the Facebook chief, as the latter sent a clear message to him.
Zuckerberg’s rep talked to Forbes and quickly shunned the live-streaming “adventure” of Musk. Further, they specified Musk’s shenanigans had an adverse effect instead of making mends. Hence, reinforcing Zuckerberg’s recent remark, “Elon isn’t serious”.
Mark Zuckerberg shuts the door on Elon Musk
The American business mogul’s representative revealed his rival was traveling and wasn’t in Palo Alto. They also mentioned Zuckerberg wouldn’t fight someone who popped up at his house.
They told Forbes, “Mark is traveling right now and isn’t in Palo Alto. Mark takes this sport seriously and isn’t going to fight someone who randomly shows up at his house.”

The billionaires’ superfight hit a roadblock after Musk announced he had agreed on an iconic location in Italy. Zuckerberg contested these claims and then listed plausible reasons for his moving on from the fight. In a post on Threads, he pointed out how he offered a real fight date and the UFC head honcho tried to make the fight happen. But Musk never confirmed a date.
Besides, Musk’s cry for surgery and call for a practice round in his background proved to be the final nail in the coffin. Therefore, it appears while Musk is latching on to the fight, Zuckerberg has accepted the fact that the fight might never take place.
