The 34-year-old Louisiana native has defeated some of the most dangerous fighters in the promotion, further bolstering his reputation as a top-tier fighter. Pictures were put together from the Louisiana native’s fights against top-notch fighters like Conor McGregor, Dan Hooker, Justin Gaethje, and Michael Chandler, and this amusing coincidence caught the internet’s attention.

The post had a caption saying, “When Dustin Poirier does the “you done messed up now fella” move, you’re in trouble”.

In response to a fan’s praise for being his favorite fighter upon that move, ‘Diamond’ explained why he fixes his shorts during fights.

Poirier said, “Sh*ts be a little tight”. This hilarious response only added to his already impressive reputation.
