Ever since 2022 began, UFC fans have been eager to see some bigger and better blockbuster fights. While there are several exciting bouts already scheduled for this year, one more interesting contest is about to take place in March 2022. It seems like UFC fighter Drew Dober has a gripping upcoming bout.

Marcel Dorff took to Twitter to share that Dober will soon be seen facing Ricky Glenn. He wrote, “Drew Dober will fight Ricky Glenn at UFC event on March 12th. (per @TeamIridiumISA)”.

Glenn’s sports agency, IridiumSportsAgency, themselves revealed this news on Twitter. They wrote, “Our man @Gladiatorglenn takes aim at his 5th @ufc win vs. Drew Dober on March 12”.

This matchup between two unranked fighters from the lightweight division seems to be an interesting one. Both men are UFC veterans and have never fought. Hence, they will look to use their first octagon outing in 2022 to make a statement and secure the win.

Further, considering the outcome of both the fighters’ last bouts, this fight might be a good one for either of them. Dober lost two back-to-back fights in 2021. On the other hand, ‘The Gladiator’ (22-6-2) last fought Grant Dawson to a draw.

The 23-11-0 (1 NC) MMA record holder has been with several promotions before joining the UFC. Hence, he comes with a ton of fighting experience. His opponent, Ricky Glenn, will not be a pushover as he is a thirty-fight veteran who has had eight UFC fights.
