In a recent development of events, former POTUS Donald Trump was shot in an apparent assassination attempt during a rally in Pennsylvania on July 13. Trump was injured in the process, but fortunately, there was no serious injury. The news has caught the attention of many, and people are sending in their wishes for the 78-year-old.

UFC CEO Dana White, who has been supremely close with Trump, is visibly upset with the incident. Joining hands with him American Journalist Megyn Marie Kelly also criticized the incident. White took to his Instagram to share a story supporting the journalist and the former POTUS.

Kelly on her show said, “I don’t know about you but I feel infuriated right now. I am angry over what has been done to this man. But this is the embodiment of strength in the face of an unbelievable onslaught – emotional, financial – when it comes to his freedom. And now his life literally with a bullet having shot him in the head. His fist is in the air and he’s telling the crowd and all of us ‘Fight! Fight for your country! Fight for what we’re all in this for.” 

White agreed to the speech tagging Kelly and wrote a caption ‘This could not be said any better.’ The assassination attempt on Donald Trump has shocked most of the fans out there. Trump is receiving messages from all around the world with fans wishing him a speedy recovery. Not only White but tech mogul Elon Musk also joined in to send some wishes for the 78-year-old. He took to his X account to share a message for Trump and wrote, “I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery.” 

Trump walked out of the rally with a bloody and injured right ear. He even waved to his fans just to let them know he was fine. Later, his son shared an update about his health condition for the concerned fans.

Two people who attended the rally suffered series injuries as per the reports. However, one other attendee lost his life along with the shooter. Trump suffered minor injuries to his ear and walked out with a pumped fist despite bleeding. Following the horrifying incident, Donald Trump Jr. pointed out that his father was in good spirits. The 46th US President is now more than ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead.

Trump Jr. while speaking to NBC news said, “He will never stop fighting to save America, no matter what the radical left throws at him.” Brother Eric Trump also came out in support and shared a tweet after the incident. The tweet was a photo of Donald Trump from his Florida rally where he can be seen pumping his fist to ensure his fans that he was more than fine after the assassination attempt. The matter is still under investigation and it will be interesting to see what beholds in the future.
