Conor McGregor has been away from the UFC Octagon, but The Notorious always seems to attract attention and controversies toward him. While the list of controversies is long, his entertaining nature is always on the display.

In the video, the Irishman is talking about Ronda Rousey’s first UFC loss to Holly Holm and further shared a hot take on Trump’s comments on the same.
What Conor McGregor said about Trump
The Dublin-born was leaving the LA airport when a reporter approached him for his opinion on Ronda Rousey‘s first UFC loss.
‘Notorious’ empathetically commented, “Ronda will be back. Strong champions come back.” He further congratulated the new champion, Holly Holm.
When asked further on whether Rousey has a chance to come back, McGregor asserted, “Defeat is the secret ingredient to success so true champions conquer that overcoming and come back.”
The reporter further questioned the former UFC champion and asked about his opinion on Donald Trump’s trash talk about ‘Rowdy’.
‘Notorious’ didn’t shy away and blasted Trump. He said, “It’s easy for someone that’s not in there to comment, but it’s different when you’re in there. The emotions are high… you don’t want to touch gloves, then don’t. That means nothing.”
He concluded and pointed out, “Donald can shut his big fat mouth. I don’t give a f**k about Donald Trump.”
These comments didn’t age well as the 34-year-old was all praise for Trump in 2020.
Phenomenal President. Quite possibly the USA 🐐. Most certainly one of them anyway, as he sits atop the shoulders of many amazing giants that came before him. No easy feet.
Early stages of term also.
Incredible.

He even declared Trump a “phenomenal president” and G.O.A.T. among the US presidents.
The exchange between Trump and Ronda Rousey
The former POTUS, in a now-deleted tweet, targeted the former UFC star and said, “Glad to see @RondaRousey lost her championship fight last night. Was soundly beaten – not a nice person!”
The first female UFC Hall of Fame fighter was on a 6-fights win streak coming into the fight against Holly Holm. However, The Rowdy suffered her first MMA career defeat at UFC 193.
The history of bitterness between the two dates back to the buildup of the 2016 presidential elections. In an interview with CNN, Donald Trump had called Rousey a fighter on his side. This actually wasn’t the case.
