Well, would you believe it? Problems don’t seem to end for Dana White, who had some exciting fights set up which unfortunately had to get scrapped. Now, after the pullout of Conor McGregor from the Michael Chandler fight, UFC 303 suffered yet another loss, as one of the two light heavyweight bouts on the main card witnessed another fighter pulling out.
Yes, another fighter has pulled out to add to Dana White’s woes. Carlos Ulberg, who was scheduled to fight former title contender Anthony Smith, has reportedly pulled out of the fight due to some undisclosed reasons. We don’t have any word on exactly what transpired with the New Zealand national, but more reports have come in claiming that a replacement has been found.
With 12 wins and 3 losses in his pro-MMA career, Roman Dolidze has stepped in to fill Carlos Ulberg’s shoes and fight on June 29. The Georgian fighter has been on a losing skid of late and would hope to turn things around at UFC 303. And it seems like Dana White or the UFC have made this fight fully official.

Well, the fans think that UFC 303 may have some negative energy attached to it as it’s faced one pullout after the other. Some fans were also frustrated that so many events were falling off due to someone pulling out. While a couple of them stated, “This card is cursed wth,” and, “This gotta be the most cursed card of all time,” another stated, “Everybody pulling out no diddy.”
Some fans also demanded that the money they spent on the tickets and the PPVs be returned immediately. On the other hand, one fan claimed that UFC isn’t as exciting as it must be due to the recent turn of events. They commented, “We want the refunds,” and, “UFC sucks right now.”

The fans also claimed that the card doesn’t look as strong as it did when the announcement was made. And that’s where they believe that Conor McGregor may have worked his magic and made it entertaining. But now, they don’t feel like UFC 303 is a strong card and one fan mentioned bringing in Dominick Reyes, who recently emerged victorious. They said, “Def not watching this card. It ain’t very strong. Which is fair considering Mcgregor was guaranteed to sell like crazy,” and, “Dominic Reyes took no damage let him step in on short notice.”
It must be a tough time for not only Dana White but for the entire UFC fans who wanted to see Conor McGregor. But now, with the recent Carlos Ulberg pullout, will UFC 303 go bust? Drop your comments below.
