Michael ‘Venom’ Page has been the talk of the town since the time Dana White announced him as a UFC fighter. The MMA fans have been desperate to see Page in the UFC since the time he has been dominating in the Bellator. In the latest episode of the K/O show, Page gets into a candid conversation with the hosts Kaz Crossley and Ollie Sutherland.

Page gives us his thought process of coming to the UFC during the interview on YouTube. He said: “Well, the UFC brand, as you know, that’s always been a goal. You know what I mean. So even when I got into MMA, the goal was to eventually go to UFC. It was never going to be like that. It is the Bellator kind of thing on the left side. It’s a huge organization that was interested in me after my first fight. So again I still felt like it was like a stepping stone but when I got there I was proud of how they were doing things I was like. What PFL is doing is good for the sport regardless, but when it’s just one person dominating, it makes a bit more difficult for fighters. “

Page is in a very similar position to Michael Chandler, who made his debut in the UFC in 2021. However, the 36-year-old is coming off a win in his last fight and will look to keep the momentum going against Kevin Holland. Known for his unpredictable striking, ” Venom” will pose a unique challenge to Kevin Holland at UFC 299.
