Joe Rogan does not trust Tesla
In the #1998 episode of JRE, Rogan was talking to the stand-up comic and writer Ali Siddiq. During the conversation, both of them discussed the growth of technology. Rogan mentioned how someone has attached wings to jets, which help them fly. While talking about the matter, they ended up discussing Tesla’s autopilot cars.
Being someone who had experimented a lot with cars, Rogan found it difficult to let a car drive humans to their destination. He said, “Yeah, I don’t trust it. I have it, I don’t trust it. Yeah, I have a Tesla. Answer the address you want to go to, press auto navigate. Here, stops at red light. You are suppose to keep your hand at the wheel though. Just in case.” Rogan further mentioned that he will never be able to trust cars that have autopilot features, as it can be dangerous.
