The page captioned this video, “This cat is using an RNC to submit another cat. ” Following its upload, the post drew a lot of reactions from MMA fans; a common name mentioned was Conor McGregor.

One fan pointed out the epic UFC 229 fight between Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov by adding a little twist to their names.

Another fan raised a question on the ability of Conor McGregor’s submission defense by comparing it with a cat.

A user suggested that the cat locking in the RNC was prepared to fight the UFC megastar.

One user brought up the name of the veteran referee, Herb Dean, who has been receiving a lot of flak for some of his calls in the octagon.

One MMA fan suggested the cat was a reincarnation of Charles Oliveira. ‘Do Bronx’ has submitted Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje using the rear-naked choke in his last two fights.

Fans comparing the choke to Khabib Nurmagomedov’s submission win over ‘The Notorious’ is no surprise, as it resembled the UFC 229 fight.

Nurmagomedov’s victory that night ended the debate of who was the best 155-pound fighter on the planet.
