Meanwhile, he recently took the opportunity to invite the bare-knuckle boxer, ‘Big’ Joe Joyce, to spend some time at his pub.
‘The Notorious’ has developed a great relationship with Joe Joyce over the last few years. The bare-knuckle boxer has a lot of respect for the former UFC double champion, as he recently received an offer to come to the Black Forge Inn to catch up with Conor McGregor.

In a recent video clip going viral on social media, Conor McGregor was seen inviting Joe Joyce to his Black Forge Inn pub in Dublin. He said, “Big Joe Joyce, love ya mate. I appreciate the shout out, appreciate the support.” Furthermore, the Irish MMA star mentioned his wish to sit down with the bare-knuckle boxer and have a drink with him as a means of spending some time together. McGregor added, “I look forward to having a nice pint you with soon, brother.”
Conor McGregor also congratulated Joe Joyce for renewing his wedding vows with his wife. “Congratulations on the wedding anniversary and the re-marriage. Top man,” said ‘The Notorious’. He even promised to accommodate Joyce and his wife whenever they decided to come have a nice time at his pub. The former champion added, “I’ll set it up for him [Joyce] and his wife to come here and, whatever he wants, on a night out.” This video message comes just days after he showed his support for McGregor’s Forged Irish Stout.

Conor McGregor found a lot of success after the success of his Proper 12 Whisky. Recently, he introduced another brand – a beer by the name of Forged Irish Stout. Incidentally, ‘Big’ Joe Joyce became one of the first people in Ireland to try it, and he was not disappointed. He shared a video to review McGregor’s new alcohol brand a week ago.

Joyce seemed to love the drink since he downed a glass of a pint in just a few seconds. He claimed that it was one of the best drinks he’s ever had and had nothing but words of praise for Conor McGregor.

Joe Joyce fought until he was 60 years old. In 2020, he urged Conor McGregor to fight for at least another twenty years as a professional fighter. It may not be a wise decision to fight for so long. However, it is evident that there’s a lot of respect between the two individuals and it continues to flourish today.
