After handing Steve Erceg a third defeat on the trot, ‘The Assassin Baby’ proceeded to make a request to Dana White and the UFC’s matchmaking team because guess what? Moreno wants a prominent place on the Noche UFC 320 card.
Brandon Moreno’s emphatic win over Steve Erceg, who just cannot seem to find his bearings inside the Octagon, has put him right back into the title conversation. As we all know, ‘The Assassin Baby’ is not just one of the best flyweights ever, but he’s also a combat sports icon in his native country of Mexico. In fact, the crowd at Arena CDMX showed a lot of energy during UFC Mexico City’s main event, leading Moreno to call out Dana White and Co., especially Hunter Campbell.
Well, Brandon Moreno has full confidence in himself as a top star in the UFC. He believes that he can sell the Noche UFC 320 pay-per-view to the fans, and h wants to be on that card, given that the event is going to celebrate his native country’s Independence Day.

“Hunter [Campbell], man, I mean, who really knows what I deserve? I don’t know what I deserve,” the former 2-time champion stated during the Octagon interview. “But, man, I really believe I can move the needle. Let’s go to the pay-per-view in Guadalajara. Let’s f—ing go, man. Let’s f—ing do it.”

In fact, the Australian star landed over two dozen more significant strikes on ‘The Assassin Baby’, but still failed to make any use of it as Moreno would swoop in with 89 strikes and a takedown, with 1 minute and 25 seconds of control time.

After twenty-five minutes of great action, all three judges – Mike Bell, Sal D’Amato, and Chris Lee – arrived at the same score, 46-49, declaring Brandon Moreno as the unanimous decision winner. Thereafter, the former 2-time champion appeared over the moon to see the crowd turnout at Arena CDMX, claiming that his win was “all for you.”
