The program includes some informal duties of the fighters, such as media obligations, outfit requirements, and items under the fighters’ code of conduct. Moreover, the Compliance pay has effectively replaced the UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy.

UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards earned the most on the night with $42,000 followed by Kamaru Usman at $32,000.

Despite losing his fight, Bryan Barberena earned the next highest on the night at $16,000. Joanne Wood earned the same as Barberena at UFC 286. The fighters are also expected to receive royalty amounts that will be 20-30 percent of the UFC merchandise according to officials.

How much has Dana White given compensation to his fighters from UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay?

Dana White’s program has been beneficial to fighters for a couple of years now. The total compensation to date is $16,153,000. The program earned $1,634,000 in the year 2023.

Additionally, the program earned the fighters a total of $8,351,500 in 2022. The program also earned a handsome amount of $6,167,500 in the year 2021.
