Every fighter who gets into the Octagon dreams of winning a UFC bonus. At UFC Vegas 104, four fighters’ dreams came true as Dana White awarded $50,000 Fight of the Night bonuses. So, who earned the Fight of the Night this time? Well, it was more than one who took the major bonus home. Among them were Andre Lima and Priscila Cachoeira, who both made game-changing finishes to earn the additional cash. But, while the bonuses were huge, it was the fighters’ responses that stole the show.
Lima experienced euphoria in that moment. The undefeated flyweight rose to 4-0 in the UFC and 11-0 overall with a dominant submission win over Daniel Barez. The win was obviously a significant step forward, but the bonus pushed his night to the next level. ‘Mascote’ couldn’t suppress his enthusiasm when he received the news, as he hugged his friends while they kept hyping him up even further. Meanwhile, Priscila Cachoeira, who knocked out Josiane Nunes with a devastating uppercut in the first round, reacted very differently.
Unlike Lima’s celebration, Cachoeira was moved to tears by the importance of the moment. So much so, that she was constantly being consoled by her partner. They were not the only ones who left with extra cash. Carli Judice and Carlos Vera both received $50,000 bonuses for their highlight-reel finishes. Judice delivered a vicious head-kick knockout against Yuneisy Duben, securing her first UFC win in style, while Vera stunned the widely favored Josias Musa with a high kick before winning with a rear-naked choke.

With this, Judice earned her second UFC bonus in as many appearances, proving her rising status in the promotion. Vera, making his own statement, cashed in with an upset finale that left fans stunned. But while these fighters won the Fight of the Night bonuses, they definitely weren’t the biggest winners of the night. So, who is the fighter who got the most glory this Fight Night?
Roman Dolidze emerges as the biggest winner of UFC Vegas 104
While the Fight of the Night bonuses went elsewhere, Roman Dolidze ended as the biggest winner at UFC Vegas 104. Many questioned the UFC’s choice to book his rematch with Marvin Vettori, saying it was unnecessary. But for Dolidze, the chance to avenge his prior defeat was all that mattered. Over the course of 25 exhausting minutes, he proved that he had made the necessary improvements, scoring a dominant unanimous decision win over Vettori. With the victory, he extended his winning streak to three straight and has probably secured a well-deserved spot in the middleweight division’s top ten.

The fight began in a typical fashion, with Vettori launching strong leg kicks and ‘The Caucasian’ countering with heavy-handed combinations. However, as the rounds went on, Dolidze increased the pressure. After a highly contested third round in which Vettori scored a knockdown, ‘The Caucasian’ grabbed control of the championship rounds. His relentless output and destructive blows eventually sealed the fight in his favor, giving him the biggest victory of his career. The unanimous decision not only avenged his defeat but also established him as a major contender in the category.
