“You can never erase Francis’ history from the UFC. I’ll say that,” said Israel Adesanya as he accused the entire UFC administration, especially Dana White of erasing everything that Francis Ngannou has achieved till now. The former middleweight champion cited that Ngannou’s name had been deliberately removed from the UFC 305 promotional video. A side-by-side comparison of the UFC 305 countdown edit and pre-sale conference video clearly showcases the promotion’s attempt to cut down on Ngannou’s name from Adesanya’s mouth. Regardless, ‘Stylebender’s accusations seem to have irked Dana White.
Francis Ngannou had a drastic departure from the promotion. The former heavyweight champion wanted the UFC to be more lenient towards their contract but Dana White accused Ngannou of ducking a fight with Jon Jones and explained that he was not ready for the risk. Since then, the UFC head honcho has had a very sour relationship with Ngannou. As the former champ accused the UFC head honcho of erasing history, Dana White has come forward to provide his explanation.

He further added, “Well, I don’t disagree with that. Everyone sitting in here, including our head of PR, doesn’t know about it. If that was true and that was done, and it was something that we produced, then someday someone in the company made the decision. And if I did it, I would say, ‘I fu**ing did it, and this is why I did.’ But I don’t know anything about it.”
